Why Adobes Full Photoshop On IOS Is A Huge Win For Apples IPad Pro

Is there ever going to be a version for iPad OS? basically, I got rid of my Surface Pro because of all the bugs it has and moved to the iPad OS pro. however, i now noticed my PDFs I cant use on ipad, it says I need to use it on windows or Mac on the full version. I basically have a template of a PDF, which is fillable, has the drop down portions for Y/N for questions, etc. That's the PDF I am trying to use on the new iPad OS which is not available. Is there a version of adobe that can be pushed with this capability, like one for the surface, used on tablet mode?

I have a Mac desktop, the iPad is a great extension to the desktop workspace, everything works seemlessly. I just bought my new Mac after my last one, 10 years of use, along with the iPad Pro upgraded from the iPad mini that lasted me roughly about the same, give or take a year, obviously went to the pro as it's more powerful and capable to handle the new iOS on iPad for work and school to replace the surface as well.. I don't think it's too late for them to remedy it, I mean, iPad OS was just released so maybe, hopefully, it can, like photoshop be a full version on iOS.
